Full week adult volunteers will receive a $20 discount off each
of their Daisy - PA camp fees. ($70-$20 =$50 Daisy - LiA) ($50-$20 =$30 PAIT & PA)

Used to provide health and medication information for your camper. In order for the Day Camp Health Supervisor to give any medication brought from home, whether over-the-counter or prescription to campers, a signed copy of this completed form must be on file.
Used to indicate who is allowed to pick up your camper from day camp.
All parents are asked to read over with their camper and have them sign it.

Camp setup and visitation day! Swing by and tour camp and see your unit from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
July 19th
First day of camp starts at 9:00 a.m.! See you there!
Cancellation / Refund Policy
**Cancellations received before April 15, 2021 will have camp fees fully refunded.
**Cancellations received by June 1, 2021 will be refunded, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
**After June 1, 2021 no refunds will be issued.
**The $25 Girl Scout National Membership Dues is non-refundable at any time.
Please add $25 Girl Scout Annual Membership Dues for all girls (1st - 10th grade) if NOT a currently Registered Girl Scout member.
FULL WEEK Adult and CIT Volunteers will have their $25 Girl Scout Annual Membership Dues paid by camp if NOT a currently Registered Girl Scout member.
Register by the grade camper will be in the Fall school year.
Registration Dates: March 1st - May 31st
A late fee of $25 will be charged per registration after May 15th

This website is maintained by volunteers of Camp Segonku with Girl Scout of Oregon and Southwest Washington.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
1) Open the Camper Registration Form,
2) Download to your computer desktop,
3) Complete the downloaded form,
4) Save as "YOUR CAMPER'S NAME" Camper Registration".
5) Same procedure for the Health History, Camper Release,& Behavior Agreement.
6) Payment: Enter amount due under "Pay Below" on the right and click "Buy Now". Follow directions from PayPal.
Note: If you fill out the form before you download it, the information will not download with the form.
